Payment

Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

Our prices are those that are displayed on the website. There are additional services that may be applied to the price in case the client requests them.

Should I print a receipt?

It is recommended to print the confirmation email that we will send confirming your trip. Showing it on the mobile is also valid.

How much does it cost to do a private tour?

Our prices are displayed in the tour packages.

 

Preparation

How do I contact the driver?

We will indicate the name of the driver that will take you to your destination. The driver will arrive with your data printed on a paper or tablet.

What do I need to bring?

Your passport or NIF, positive attitude, desire to travel and have fun.

 

 

Reservation

What is your refund policy?

We refund your money with a minimum of 72 hours before the day of your trip.

How can I pay?

We accept payments in cash, with a card (dataphone) or online

Do I have to make a reservation?

We only work with a previous reservation, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
